Collection Matters
Are you owed money by an individual or an entity that is not paying you ? I'll help you to ascertain whether the debt is collectible, perform asset searches on debtors, and pursue your collection matter in Vermont Superior Court, if necessary.
Estate Planning
Would your family or loved ones be protected, if you were to pass away ? Are you confident that your wishes for health care and end of life care will be honored and your Estate will be distributed in accordance with your wishes? I will work with you to explore your plans and desires to provide you with an estate plan that honors your wishes and cares for your loved ones in accordance with your wishes.
